Data collection methods

We choose the ideal data collection method specifically for your project according to the following criteria: representativeness, the expected quality of the data, fieldwork timing, costs, duration of the survey and the expected response rates.

Depending on the methodology chosen we conduct the surveys using our own infrastructure (online, mobile) or the infrastructure of our client (online), using the support of technology partners (mobile, IVR/IVB), in cooperation with other market research institutes (written, CATI) or with companies offering market research panels (online).
