Successful price increases in the banking industry

A bank used conjoint analysis to find out how to increase the price of its banking packages without losing customers. The results showed that price increases are certainly possible if they are accompanied by reasonable added value. The bank then optimized its banking package offer and introduced price increases with positive customer reaction. Using conjoint analysis helped the bank meet its customers' needs better.
